I do some type of exercise every day! An hour of activity is only natural I think! A simple one hour walk hardly puts stress on my body and is simple . Some days I lift weights.

I gave up eating clean after gaing weight year after year bingeing on my favorite 'forbidden ' foods! As many have said the bottom line is calories! If you want to eat clean more power to you! At least 5x per week I have a Caramel Pretzel Skinny Cow ice cream bar! OMG!!!! So good!!! And if you eat them right they can last a long time , haha!

I didn't realize how big I had looked. That was my 4th attempt at a before picture because all were making me look too fat in the mirror! The after shot was taken once as I was coming back into the room. The before picture was the first time I had ever had such a big face! I was miserable!

Thank you! It has been my first successful attempt in years, all past diets ended with gaining weight! Counting calories and sticking to a WEEKLY goal has been the answer for ME!

I never could figure out how to do it and was unable to lose weight and have drinks! Of course I typically drank more than once per week. My drink of choice was always beer, whci led to three problems, more beer, more food and feeling lazy! Good luck, I hope YOU figure out how to do it!

The past 6 weeks have been with out any binges for me! YIPEEE!!! I give myself a strict 8400 calories per week! Isn't do daily so if lunch is bigger no worries or stress or need to binge! This way works for me! Much luck!

Don't worry! I have four children who are how young adults! Through out their lives there have been times when they have been closer to one of us over another! As others have said, the baby is use to you and is just excited over the new face! Take advantage of it and get some quiet time to yourself haha!
