  • Finally had time today!! Did level 2. Good job ladies for sticking with it even back to work. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be after taking almost a week off!!
  • I just can't keep up now that I'm back to work :( Once I get back into a routine, I may start up again. I'm 5 lbs away from goal so hoping that healthy eating will do the trick!! Definitely saw results even after only being able to shred for about 23 days!! Can't wait to hear about every ones results!!

  • Got it done! Still doing level 2 for a few more days. Plus I'm basically doing every other day with the shred at this point, with the alternating days doing something like going for a walk/playing in the backyard or something with the kiddos. GL with level 3 ladies!!

  • Good job! Just got it done too. Still very challenging but I feel myself getting stronger for sure. When we started level 2, for the jump rope part, I was still only doing the small jump. Now I do the big jump almost the whole time. Feeling good!!

  • Yes I try and do 20-30 min exercise at least every other day. Supply has been great. I eat oatmeal with flax seed every day too.
  • okay, did a 20 minute workout similar to 30 day shred on Hulu. My computer was blocked by my sons train tracks :-) the workout probably wasn't quite as intense but I was super tired so I'm glad I was able to do anything at all! Slept better last night so should be able to shred today.

  • I'm at 1540 and I log 400 calorie cardiovascular exercise for BF. I think it is a good number for me. I eat 4 small(ish) meals per day.
  • I did it yesterday! Only for the second time. I think the second WS harder than the first. My upper body is way ore sire than lower.
