I always do 30 min cardio and weights. I downloaded the Jetfit app on my phone, it has great routines for the weights.

I like to have a good time drinking too! I log as much as I can. I usually go up 2-3 pounds because the next day I crave more food. Don't worry, in 2 or so days with going back on track everything goes back to normal!

I always get low sugar oatmeal, fruits, veggies, and some great snacks are the special k chips and fiber one brownies.

I take the one a day energy in the morning after breakfast. If I do not eat enough, it makes me feel sick too! So I just make sure I eat a big breakfast.
