I used to be a 38 D - and I loved it!!! Boobs were my thing. NOW- try a 34 B, and most of that B is loose skin. I am saving money to get an "enhancement!"

I am guilty too! I am also a food label snob. People look at me like - Why does she read every label. They have no idea that I used to weigh over 200 lbs!!!

I am sure that everyone judges themselves at any weight. I think it is even harder for people that are overweight and then loose weight. We still look at ourselves as being the "big girl" and no matter people tell us, we still see something else in the mirror. We are our own worst critic, but we have to remember to love…

Weights will defiantly tone you but I suggest keeping up with the cardio as well!

I've lost 65 lbs. I was a size 14-16 and now wearing a 6 . I started with a bra size of 38D and now a 34 B but very flabby. I will say I have always been a 'boob' girl, but I wouldn't change loosing the weight. Now I have another goal- IMPLANTS!!

About a year ago, I would say pasta, pizza, or anything Italian! I would have gone for an extra slice any day!! Now, after loosing weight and exercising regularly - my weekness has changed to SWEETS and any kind of them. Im not sure why the change took place, but I get intense cravings for sweets!

I started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred a week ago. I am doing it every morning- I havent seen any results yet, but my muscles are sore! I also run 3 days a week at the gym.

I tried it about a year ago, it was no fun. 500 calories a day, gross drops u.Der tour tongue, and no exercises allowed. Your best bet and its not easy- watch your calorie intake and hit the gym!
