Just started it today, and I liked this morning's workout. I LOVE that it's only 25 minutes. That will hopefully keep me motivated to get my butt out of bed to get it done.

I just started the Alpha phase today, so I don't have a success story yet. I liked it, but I got interrupted by a crying toddler, so I didn't get to finish the workout. I hope to finish it tonight to at least say I completed the whole 25 minutes - ha! Here's to great results for all of us!

My little guy just turned 2 in July, and I still have about 12 lbs or so to lose in order to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I would like to lose an additional 20 lbs after that! Feel free to add me, as well.

I struggle badly with cravings! If I'm under control (ha!), I can usually get rid of sweet cravings by drinking some sugar free hot chocolate made from a homemade mix recipe I got from Weight Watchers years ago. I will usually drink a cup of that in the evening, when my cravings tend to be the worst, and it fills me up.

I've not been doing well at staying under my calorie goal for quite a while now, so I hope to get back in the habit of doing that. Also, I need to make myself drink more water. I've been drinking more coffee and pop, and I need to cut down on that a little.

I'm joining a little late, but I would love to lose 15 lbs. by Halloween! My weigh-in day is Friday, and last Friday I weighed in at 169.5. I don't know if I can do it, but if I can make it down to 155ish by Halloween, that would be fantastic! Good luck to all of us.

I was at about 3100 for July 4. My biggest problem was I was around 2500 to 3500 for a couple of days before that AND a couple of days after that. Too many days of being way above my calorie goal! Need to get back on track.......

There is a way to link the accounts. I'm thinking it's through the APPS tab at the top of the page, but I don't remember for sure. Depending on how active I am throughout the day, MFP will add calories to my daily calorie allottment and say FitBit adjustment (or something like that).

I always want to eat a lot more when I'm tired! I think there's something to it. Maybe my body is looking for a way to get more energy.

I'm lucky in that when I lose weight, my boobs don't usually change a whole lot. I do think the meme you posted is funny, though. ;)
