  • Did you measure yourself as well. I lost only 1 kg but had actually lost an inch off my waist and hips which I thought was awesome. Try not to weigh yourself too much, you should just weigh in once a week same time same place. But I think that how you look, feel an the inches you lose are just as important as the weight.…

  • Well it's obviously not me in mine haha every photo I tried to put in said it was too big.....I'm hoping it meant the photo size lol
  • I use Optimum Nutrition whey protein in vanilla ice cream flavour add a banana, some honey and cinnamon mixed with water (or milk if you want) in the blender and yummmmo! I used to hate protein shakes but now I love them
