i weigh myself everyday, but i only *count* the end weight for that week. I find it interesting to see how it fluctuates during the week and settles :P call me weird. For some ppl weighing yourself everyday can be frustrating, if you find this is the case, avoid the scale for a solid week or two. Focus on how your clothes…

i *TRY* not to eat past a certain time. About 10pm or so. But sometimes, I have worked all damn day and dont get out till after 10pm. *shrugs*

i've lost more than 50lbs and am still wearing the same size jeans. Granted they are a little looser, but not going to a smaller size just yet. Im not too upset though, i lost the *chunckies* above and below my waistline. But the actual waistline is still the same LOL. Hang in there!

yes! I know how you feel. If i dont get my run in i almost cant sleep at night. i have pent up energy or frustrations that i didnt get to *run out*. Keep up the good work!

I had some awesome grilled tilapia the other day. Just simply cooked with some lemon pepper (lemon zest & ground black pepper)...but honestly..isn't 300 calories a bit low? Are all your meals <300 calories? I'm still figuring this whole thing ot.
