I enjoy having a drink or two, (typically no more than that) with my SO, I base my calories around it. sometimes even plug the drink/s in MFP in the morning so I know what I have to work with. Clear drinks like vodka soda, or gin and tonic contain the least amount of calories and seem to be the most bang for your buck.

I think you nailed it! the feet are swelling and making the shoes tight, so do I get shoes that are to big or just loosen my laces a lot?

they are not tight or too narrow when I begin the workout..

actually went out and purchased new shoes because I thought that might be the issue. Do you think feet could swell while working out then in turn making the shoes feel tighter causing the toes to fall asleep?
