You're not going to see results after logging inconsistently for one week. Patience!!!!! I would suggest not just 'watching' what you eat but logging every bite consistently. Exercise is awesome...but I heard this phrase a lot before and it's so true, "you can't out train a bad diet". Eat healthy with in your calorie…

How many calories are you allowing yourself every day? What is your height and weight?
-
Calorie deficit to lose the 20 pounds. If you're eating within sensible calorie deficit, there's no need to run a marathon every night at the gym. Your body is telling you it's overkill. Listen. Eat sensibly and exercise sensibly.

The solution is move - and you've got that covered!! Stick to the plan and move out in September. In the interim I'd only grocery shop for yourself. Label everything with your name - maybe even invest in a mini-fridge for your room (with a lock;) But other than that - don't stress it. You've only got a few months and…

It's harder, but it's not impossible. Many women have success with weight loss, weight maintenance and physical fitness during peri and post menopause. The key is staying within a healthy caloric deficit CONSISTENTLY! Calorie deficit - log everything consistently and accurately Eat reasonably healthy - AVOID fad 'diets' or…

^^Pretty much this. You need to eat healthier foods in healthier portions. OR at the very least eat what you like but at calorie deficit.

I don't consider myself a quitter or failure because running is not my aerobic exercise of choice. Yep, I did it, about a decade ago in my 40's. But I never really got 'into' it. It was just a means to an end. Eventually I decided to stick with aerobic exercises that I like. Now that being said - I still occasionally will…

I love Jessica Smith TV, she's free on youtube. Fitness Blender is pretty solid too. And I've recently subscribed to Gaiam TV for 9.95 a month (you can download the app and view on a tablet, computer or laptop. Or if you have an Apple TV device like I do you can push the videos to your tv). They have a HUGE selection of…

Rest and recovery is also a very important part of health and fitness. Take a few more days off, it will do you a world of good.

Chocolate!!! I will literally go that extra mile for a chocolate treat!

My thoughts are that they both taste nasty!! I opt for real sugar in limited portions. As far as what is healthy, not healthy....you're going to hear arguments for both sides. And the hardcore people will tell you to avoid artificial and real sugar...period. Meh..they might have a point but life is too short not to indulge…

Whether it's healthy food or not....at some point too many calories is TOO MANY CALORIES. Example - I need to eat at 1500 calories a day to lose weight. I eat those 1500 calories and log everyone EXCEPT the 500 calories in fruit and smoothies I had that day. Result - I've consumed 2000 calories. I am now over my calorie…

One time there as a woman working out in a tube top:noway: And another time I saw a woman eat two special K bars while walking on the tread mill at about 2.5. Not judging - after all maybe her goal wasn't weight loss or fitness and she just likes eating cereal bars while walking on the treadmill. OK...and maybe it was a…

You ARE judging them and based on what you say - they're judging you. Where do you go from there? 1 - Don't make meals for your family - prep your own meals at home and bring them 2 - Eat the damn cream puff. 3 - Have fun logging food on your vacation. I designate a handful of events through the year that I don't log and…

'Dieting' should be your last concern right now. Forget about the calories. Eat, rest and repeat!!
-
What's wrong with bread?? You diary is looking pretty lite in calories. Crash/restrictive diets don't work for the long term. Eat. the. bread.
-
Sucks! But the best thing to do is get your own place OR your own mini fridge for your bedroom.

No, just no. On all levels No. Working out in a sauna suit is not healthy, all you are doing is causing dehydration. There are no shortcuts! You need to put out the effort to see results. No gym membership, no problem. Youtube has hundreds and I mean hundreds of workouts available for free. Lose the suit, amp up your work…

What everyone else is saying - DRINK WATER EAT HEALTHY EXERCISE MOVE ON WITH LIFE Don't waste money on gimmicky products or silly restrictive diets that don't do what they are touted to do. Your liver and kidneys do a great job at detoxing your body on their own!

Experts! Well then it must be true. Do share your sources. Here's my personal experience - you don't have to eat every 4 hours to succeed at weight loss. If you like eating every 4 hours...by all means do so!! But if eating every 4 hours is an inconvenience, or eating breakfast is not your bag, you should not force…

No. Just no. Timing has no significance on weight loss...especially for those who have a lot to lose. Calorie deficit, the end.
-
Calorie deficit to lose weight. It does not matter what time of day you eat...as long as you eat at a deficit.
-
Agree!! Everything has to be supersized nowadays! That's why obesity is such a problem. However....that's where will power and commonsense should kick in. Eat half, save the rest for later (thumbs up on getting those to go boxes ahead of time). Even when challenged we have to stick to portion control!

Lotions, shower gels, soaps, perfumes, deodorants, powders and hair products definitely could be the culprit!
-
Diet and strength training as the others have said and maybe walking. Also - have you spoken to your doctor to see if you can find the trigger for this? I suffer from a lot of allergies. I find that certain shower gels and/or lotions, perfumes PLUS sweating and exertion can cause hives (at least for me). Also if I forget…
-
Stick to your calorie deficit honestly and consistently and you will lose the weight. No exercise required. However - does your Doctor have any advice as far as exercise? Walking?
-
I have to agree with this! You are losing the weight in a healthy way! Rapid weight is NEVER good and it's rarely sustainable. Keep on track! You're doing great!
-
Coffee  Greek yogurt and I always eat one serving of something 'raw' everyday aka fruit and or veggies in their natural state.

Walk walk walk walk walk walk walk and when you're done with that...go for a walk!!! Honestly, just start off slow and build up your endurance. If you start with something that is too intense for your level of fitness you will most likely quit within a few weeks. Take your time and WALK! Also - a great indoor walking…
