If I'm hungry I do. I usually eat a very early dinner around 4/5pm and then eat a substantial snack at 8/9pm.

Hmm sodium or carbs? Carbs make you retain water and sauces usually have a lot of sodium. Don't sweat it, just continue what your'e doing. I'm almost certain that pound is from some sort of water retention.

I make sure to have a drink like water flavored with lemon. I also like fruits like sliced apples or grapes. Popcorn is yummy too, but movie theater popcorn is really high calorie. I enjoy it as a treat once in a while, but popcorn air popped at home is a much lower calorie alternative.

I love them! Make sure the heat isnt too high :) I use a nonstick pan, pour a bit of oil and then wipe it off with a paper towel. I dont bother counting the calories really
