I have to agree here. I would not be to overly enticed by what MFP tell you you will lose. Everyone is different and I have had more accurate results using the fat3fitraido intake and setting my calories under custom :)

I've always had big hips and thighs. Since the 30 day shred ( I am on day 27) I have lost a lot of hip inches. so much my mother said she doesn't ever think she has seen my hips so small. I upped my calories last Sunday and have lost almost 3 lbs after being stuck/fluctuating for almost a month, so I say YES YES YES... working for me!!

When the kids want to go to cici's pizza... Pizza is my downfall so I try and make sure I work out extra hard for those calories but it still puts me over in my macros.. so I totally cheat with the Bavaria dessert pizza and cinnamon rolls..

my waist.. it was never a huge issue, I gain all my weight below the naval. I've never had a roll there or on my back, so it's always been nice imo. (but still excited to see the abs forming :)

I think I am leaving a pear working towards hourglass again 5'9 146.6 jeans 8 (almost too big now) dress 5/7 tops small (boobies were first to go :sad: ) not really worried about size anymore just want to be toned!! I want my legs back.

oh I failed to mention the little edges of that pie can cut him just a smidgen on his cheek, and he wouldn't dare throw it back at me. He knew he had pissed me off because I am usually a very quiet, patient one. so Karma hit us both but later we laughed it off

I have done A LOT of modifying.. I had to and I have still seen great results!! I do not go all the way with the push ups, I go the Anita route on those in level 1 and on level 2 & 3, I can only do so many plank moves before my back tenses up so therefor I modify, def do not go down on those planking push up deals, my arms…

I have a polar FT4 HRM with the chest strap. I always burn over 200, mostly around 280-315 depending on how much I put into it and get my HR up. I think it varies drastically by each individual though. None the less, it's a great workout and you are going to see great results!!
