How serious are you about logging your calories in?
I am just curious, not criticizing anyone on their diaries or anything of the sort but I notice a lot of people use the "quick added" calories etc. While looking at my diary at the end of each day, it seems like if I didn't know better, I had eaten the entire kitchen, LOL.. wearing shoes with @ home workouts?
SIlly question I know, but I use to wear my shoes to workout in my living room but in the last few days, decided to try it w/o them and it seems to be easier on my joints and I do not have shin pain at night anymore .. Do you wear your shoes during workouts at home?
