for once, I'd love to break the mirror....

It's so incredibly frustrating to have lost 25 lbs, go shopping ...only for that damn dressing room mirror to show every bit of cellulite and left overs I have not gotten rid of.. I love the heck out of my veggies, fruits, fish, lean and clean foods, do my cardio, cut caffeine out of my diet, do dry brushing and oil massages on these thighs of mine for what feels like nothing... uugghh I KNOW weights and strength training help with this a lot... but after back surgery, I'm just not strong enough yet... just venting... hoping by next month I can start the 30 day shred again...
