The wii fit has a large variety of exercises that are fun and once you get your heart rate up, you start to burn those extra calories. I've done them using a hrm and was surprised by the workout it gives. It can also be purchased fairly cheap now that a new system is out.

What are you eating? It is true that "abs are made in the kitchen". I swear by the 30 day shred. Don't give up, you will see the changes. It could be different for you than others, you may see the weight come off in other areas first. Also, are you taking measurements? This is the best way to see your results.

My biggest surprise is how many foods I have fell in love with that before I would have snarled my nose up at when told to try. I also am amazed that I have developed a love for running and working out.

Block Parmesan cheese has mega protein as well.. I eat tons of talapia, salmon, tuna, egg whites and more and still have a hard time reaching my daily goals!!

I also have the Polar FT4 and I love it!! Have had it about 1.5 years and since losing the weight I need to purchase a smaller size so thinking I may do the FT7 this go round. I have yet to meet someone with a Polar who was not happy :) I've not heard of the Nike band.
