One thing that you might run into an issue with is not being able to do the same weight for the three different variations. Like I can handle more weight on back squats than front squats, and I've never done sumo squats. So anyway, that might end up getting annoying if you are trying to do the same weight on all variations.

If it was me, I'd take the while week off. Maybe do some walking or swimming, but I would take a break from the weights.

Ugh, that's what I was worried about for you. I did the same thing! Take another FULL week off, and when you go back, you're gonna have to deload some weights. I deloaded squats, rows and DL. It only took a month to get back to where I was so be patient!

Hit my deload point for bench. I hurt my back slightly and I deloaded on squats, DL and rows by a pretty hefty amount when I came back after a couple weeks. I'd progress on the weights like normal as long as you feel okay at those new weights right now.

Was in a great mood, then some **** happened and I didn't get to see my girlfriend tonight as planned so I'm pretty bummed out. Good thing is I didn't get all "eat-y" over it. The whiny B part put me over the edge girl. I let my ex talk to me like that for too many years. I'm not saying get divorced over it, but you need to stand up for yourself.

I teach swim lessons M-F and I'm in the pool anywhere between 4-8 hours a day, and I've been able to keep up with SL very well, even as the weights get heavier. I find the pool actually helps keep everything nice and loose. If you have a foam roller, definitely make use of it!

Gain weight. I'm 5'2" and weigh about 150 and don't look terrible. I currently am eating between 2000-2250 calories a day.

Oh, I do drink 2% milk. Well, technically I just pour it on my cereal because drinking a glass of milk is disgusting. Ew. I hate milk.

@gen My back was tight and stiff feeling as well. If you can, get a couple massages and have them focus on legs and lower back. It felt amaaazzzziiiing. I still wake up tight and stiff in the back sometimes, but not sore now.
