I don't log workouts. :) Even if I go "over" what I set my TDEE level at (like I work out 5x instead of 3x) I don't log the extra workouts. I just eat a little more if I feel like it.

I've been known to drink some gimmick beers along with my usual porters and stouts. I beer bro. It's just like how I can be a Mexican food snob but still eat the crap out of a Taco Bell chalupa.

Luckily my girlfriend doesn't mind the lifting calluses. Occasionally I'll rip skin off (did it yesterday doing monkey bars, sigh) and we call it Zombie Hand until it heals up.

Well, really the only person who could deem if it was rude or not would be the hotel owner. We can say if we think it would be rude to us or whatever, but that's just, like... ...our opinion, man.

I use my crock pot. And the leafy parts of celery. I leave it in the crock on low from 12-24 hours. I defat mine, but not completely, and I use the chicken fat to cook dinner veggies. YUM. The pot pie crust is a great idea for using up chicken fat, thanks!
