I'm thinking of going down to 3x5 to train for the couple of obstacle mud runs I'm doing these next couple months and going on a (hopefully) kind of aggressive cut. After that I'm hoping to go BACK to 5x5, anyone done it?

...because we won't let her sign up for two sports that conflict with practice AND game times, yet she's convinced "she can handle it". Why does your teenager cry? And is there a black market where I can sell mine?

Don't agree completely with my trainer's nutrition view
My trainer HAS helped me clean up my diet a bit, however I find some of the stuff he says to be weird. Like he wants me to stay under 100g carbs on workout days, and 70g carbs on my off days but he says don't worry about counting veggies in my carbs. What's the difference between carbs from fruits and carbs from anything…

When I run, so does my nose
