No, I still count that. I fail a squat if I can't get back up after going down, or if I don't get below parallel. Fail on rows is not getting bar to chest, same for bench, also for bench not locking out at top. Failure for OHP is not locking out at top, DL too, lock out when up. I am aiming for 135 which will put me at 22% body fat if I put on just one more pound of muscle. Then the cutting of 12 pounds of fat. Ugh. lol

Lifting since end of April, small frame according to wrist/height measurements. I'm a 32DDD as of now. I am aiming more for bf% than actual weight, because I know I am going to be high on the bmi chart regardless, because of all the muscle I have on my frame.

Log it like normal and if you are still hungry after hitting your total for the day, add in a couple hundred extra calories. If you are actually sick though, not just irritated from what you ate, then eat as many calories as your body feels it needs. My opinion.

It just depends on how you feel on certain macros. I make sure to keep my protein over 100g daily, and my fats over 60g, the rest goes to carbs. Trainer session today, first was DL. DL: 1x10@95, 1x6@105, 1x3@135, 1x3@155, 1x3@175, and 3x3@185 WOOOOOO! Felt badass. Then did a 10 min circuit of 5x95lb DL, 10 burpees, 15 wall balls. This might sound like a "DUH" suggestion, but is your rope the right length for you? When the rope is too long for me I am terrible at it, but when I hit that sweet spot with length, I can jump for a min or longer straight through. And thank you. :)

After my last slightly disappointing workout, today made me pretty happy. :) Hit 130 on my squats, 90 on my bench, and deloaded to 85 on my row with my form greatly improved. Uuugggghhh, today was wrought with failure! But it's okay. my weights are getting higher and I'm not stressing too much over the fails. You could cut out one portion of cheese, but you'd have to still make up 10ish g of protein then.
