I have to step on my scale 3-4 times and go with the figure that shows twice... My scale will say something like 355.2 and then 2 seconds later it'll say 359.8. Now I know I didn't magically gain weight between weighings I hate scales

While in DC if your group is anything like mine, You'll be walking EVERY where EVERY day. So as long as you're not going crazy you should be ok. When I went on a 7 day trip in High School I lost weight and we had Chinese every night if that tells you just HOW much we walked lol

I think you misunderstand what I was saying. I am asking if I should eat 1800 net calories per day (eat back the exercise calories burned) or only do as the Dietitian says and eat 1800 calories period (not eating back Exercise calories and therefore making net calories very low)

ok, Now it's starting to make sense to me. I've got my BMR calculated at 2580 calories per day at 6' tall and 366.2 lbs I just don't want to make my body think it's dying if I keep working out the way I do. I've been at it for a little under a month now and lost a little over 13 lbs

Thank you very much. I'm an Army wife, The dietitian I'm seeing is the one who works at the Army hospital. But you're right, I'll have to see if she can explain to me why I shouldn't be calculating my exercise in my calorie intake

When I first went in I was in "starvation" mode. 1800 calories is still alot of calories for me to eat, But even after I have started working out between 1000 and 1500 calories per day She still says not to eat back my exercise calories

Thanks for the tip. Haven't tried doubling up with two different styles of sports bras. Will have to try that one later today. Been trying to do the Biggest Loser challenge workouts on the wii. The jumprope and jogging hurt my chest and there is no way to skip the exercise :(

lol I had something similar happen when I forst started working out. Never workout on the treadmill next to the stair stepper at an Army Gym unless you want a soldier to use it as a "stare" stepper

another tip, Try a tablespoon of peanut butter or two on whole wheat toast, that's 200-300 calories of good protein and fiber. I have the same problem not eating enough calories and my Dietitian gave me that tip
