MEG_ I agree with you whole-heartedly. I'm tired of reading that eating more fats and calories elicits weightloss- uh, no. I like your food diary and will be mirroring your decisions. Congrats on the weight loss!!! Keep it up :)

I believe the fat requirement for a 1200 calorie diet of over projected on here. I would def cut bk on your fat intake of you're trying to lose weight. Just a suggestion.

2500 cals sounds high to me, too. I assure you that I don't have an eating disorder. You have a reasonable concern. I'd stay around 1500 cals/day or switch up "hot" (eat more) & "cold" (eat less). Best of luck to you!!!

I'd suggest not buying into the "eat bk your calories". I may get scolded for this, but no one ever loses weight by eating more. Ad the same time, if you're hungry, eat. I would eat at least 1200 cals/day and exercise without eating bk calories afterwards.
