I ended my workout early because my Bluetooth headset died in the middle of my treadmill walk. I usually do close to an hour, but I only ended up with 30 minutes.

Binge mode is an unstoppable force. It's like I'm not even thinking straight. I equate it to a drug addict looking for their next fix.

I feel you. Sometimes binge mode kicks in and it is an unstoppable force. I have also ordered two of something to make it look like more that one person is eating all of that food. I once order a whopper from Bk and ate it while I was driving to another Bk to purchase another whooper.

Same here, a lot of times I don't get home till almost 9.

I ate half of a pizza and an order of bread sticks. At least it was thin crust.

I had nachos, quesadillas and Riley's in my mind because I got the smaller portions I was eating less. I wasn't. It was delicious.

A good friend treated me to dinner and let's say I went on a super binge. I basically ate about 1600 plus calories in one sitting. Luckily I did not eat all of my lunch and I was able to eat back my exercise calories, but I still ended up over by about 600 calories.

I let the fitbit track my activity levels and MFP will adjust the calories accordingly. I know that people will lose the benefit of seeing what exercises I do, but I do believe that the fitbit is more accurate because of the heart rate monitor. I used the Jawbone up. I liked the app, but the device just randomly died. There are a lit if know issues with the Up. I now have a fitbit charge HR. I love it. It seems to integrate really well with MFP. I especially love the heart rate monitor. Money well spent.

I feel the same way about mayo or mayo like sauces. I can't eat any food that has mayo on it or in it. Mayo to me is nothing, but a mouth full of disgusting.

I use a sauce pan with heavy whipping cream, a stick of butter, sea salt and diced Velveta best cheese sauce ever. I some times make mac an cheese with it. You can pretty much add whatever you want to it to make it your own.

Bought mine at the Verizon store. A lot of wireless carriers sell products like these because they link up to your cell phone. If the store doesn't have it can usually be ordered with free 2 day shipping. I love my HR worth every penny.

I love a cherry frozen coke with a bag of potatoes chips. I will go to the gas station get a 32oz Slurpee and chips devour them then go in to a Carb coma. Bye the way I'm a type two diabetic so I know that no good can come from this behavior.

Pumpkin spiced latte made with soymilk from Starbucks, I absolutely love them, but they are almost 400 calories. I have to do almost an hour of cardio to burn it off. I also have discovered Pumpkin gooey butter cake from walmart. The portion is only 100 calories but it's such a tiny piece.
