I think that the Karate Kid was a good remake. The first Transformers movie was the best. The rest of them not so much.

I used to be a member of the YMCA, but now I'm with PF. I work crazy hours so having 24 hour access is important. If you weight training I believe that you can accomplish a lot at PF. The Years does have more to offer, but they are way more expensive. A single membership at my Y was about $50. If you have kids the Y is…

I've gotten caught up on splitting tabs equally and it sucks. I normally don't drink alcohol, but I have often ended up splitting bar tabs or food tabs that include bottles of wine or a pitcher of something or other. It makes me P o'd all the time. Now, I just take cash whenever I go out. Then I just throw my cash down on…

It is no way as nice as galaxy (Dove in some countries), made by Mars (always thought it was cadburys) Confession: I hate clowns, puppets & adults dressed up as characters but I love me some Barney & Big Bird![/quote] I hate clowns,…

I've gained 3 lbs this past week and I'm pissed. I've been very slack on me eating and I've been suffering from bouts of vertigo, so I haven't been working out as much. I've just been adding quick calories out of embarrassment over my poor eating habits.

Same here. I had two chocolate chip cookies from whole foods and they were delicious.

A few years ago I was taking cinnamon religiously my blood sugar dropped dramatically. I used Andrew Lessmans from HSN. I'm actually considering going back on it when I get some extra cash or when it goes on sale.

I highly recommend the Fitbit charge HR. I syncs with MFP without any problems. I love it. It's worth the extra money.

You're not to old. Just to it!

That's OK. I just shaved my pits for the first time in weeks. I guess I let the girly grooming go a little bit.

I have been on a food bender for the past few days. I'm having a lot of trouble getting back on track. I'm so disappointed and ashamed of myself right now. :'(

Walking has been my major form of cardio. I walk 45 minutes to an hour almost everyday. I mostly do random on the treadmill at a level 5 at 3.1 Mph, but I'm working on getting my speed up. I'm usually dripping with sweat when I'm done. Between may cardio walks and my walk that I take on my lunch break I average about 12000…

Confession: I extremely frustrated with my rate of weight loss. It has been slow going, I want to have a week where I lose 4-6 pounds. I want a whoosh week. Instead I'm killing myself and only losing half a pound to a pound. I'm diabetic and have a slow metabolism, so I know that it's going to take awhile. I just wish…

I have the Fitbit Charge HR. I love it and it is pretty accurate if you set it on the nodominant arm. I do feel that to get the most out of these gadgets you should have one with a heart rate monitor. I feel like it's calculating calories more accurately because it's factoring in your heart rate. I have also used the…

Confession: I had a customer comment on my weight loss today. It's the first time someone has noticed since I have quietly recommitted to getting healthy. Confession: I had two dinners tonight. I got home from work and made myself a sandwich a grilled cheese with Gouda and ham on Italian bread. It was figured into my…

I'm the same way with milk. If I have milk I will get really sick to my stomach. I have even broken out in hives, so I just avoid it altogether. On an extremely rare occasion, I want a real milk milkshake or ice cream and I will wait until I have a day off from work to get it. I know that I will have severe stomach…

Confession: I went over my daily calories by 23 do I went to the gym at, 11:30 at night to burn them off. I'm so obsessed with wanting to drop pounds that I quit doing weights. I'm focus on just calories in calories out. I know that weight training is important but I just don't want to do it.

I dropped my daily calories in an effort to accelerate my weight loss. I was originally supposed to have 1650 a day and I changed it to 1550 a day. For the most part I've been sticking to it, but last night I went way over. I ate all of my calories plus my exercise calories. I didn't even log my frozen yogurt. I know that…

Don't we all. That's why we are all on this thread airing our dirty little food secrets. Just knowing that I'm not alone helps. :)

Mine was 199. I know that is off the charts but believe me it has dropped a lot over the past few weeks. I've been walking 5-6 miles a day and sticking to my diet. I have a lot of stress at work and I'm no longer taking anxiety medication so I have been struggling with my blood auger for over a year now. I take 4 metformin…

Confession: I stayed out all night gambling with my friends with money that I should have been saving instead of spending. While at the casino I got a breaded pork tenderloin sandwich with cheese and every bite was delicious. I'm running on about three hours of sleep, and now I have slipped in to a binge mode. I bought 3…

Thanks to you, I now do this with bread. I bought a loaf of French bread, pulled out my digital scale and weighed and measured out my bread. The dog got the extras. While it's a little time consuming it's totally worth it. You are an inspiration .
