Visited Rotorua years ago when I was in New Zealand. Loved it. Got used to the smell quite quickly.

Sounds like you are successfully doing a slow bulk at a rate of 0.5kg a week. Keep it going. If you find the rate of increase stalling after lets say 4 weeks, increase calories by 250 and monitor.

Another recommendation for a PT which I see you are going to. I had tendinitis in my left shoulder and took a while to heel. All good now thankfully. PT gave me great stretches to do which I have kept up for overall shoulder health. If you work in an office and your job mainly involves sitting down looking at a computer…

Just start bulking last week again. Want to do a slow bulk throughout the year. At the moment not finding it too bad eating all the foods but when (not if) I start increasing the calories more, will probably feel like this.

Starting bulking again today. Lost the temporary Christmas fluff. Going to do a slow bulk with the hope of gaining in or around 10kg/22lbs over the course of a year.

Hi Josh. Do you weigh your foods? If you don't weigh your foods, you might be eating less than think, hence why you see no increase. How long have you been on under 4000 calories? Normally and others can correct me if I am wrong, you give it 4 weeks at a certain calorie level and if no increase, you increase by 250 and…

I've been told that I sometimes eat like a pregnant lady with the food combinations I have. One is baked beans, tin of tuna and Pasta all mixed together. Lovely. A chicken breast nearly cut fully down with the middle with Peanut butter smeared down the middle. Lovely. Peanut butter smeared all over a wrap with chicken/tuna…

It's why I'm switching from recomp to bulking come the first of December. All the delicious food and drink will be mine:)

I normally pre log the diary the day before. I wouldnt pre log a whole week as I dont want everything to be too set in stone in case there are unexpected events like meeting friends for lunch or dinner, etc.

You should try floor press with dumbbells and slowly work up in weight.

Note that the pain might go into hibernation when you are resting for a few weeks and that when you get back at the weights, the pain might come back again like what happened to me when I came back from a 2 week holiday thinking I was cured because my shoulder felt perfect. Not saying this will happen to you but just in…

See a physio would be the best thing as they will be able to pinpoint what the issue is and give you rehab/stretching exercises to do. Had rotator cuff issues last year in my left shoulder. Physio gave me plenty of stretches to do. Like @piperdown44 we took out OHP as the physio said that was making the issue worse. Also…

Still defluffing which is coming along nicely albeit very slowly. Down 6.5kg/14.3lbs since the start of June. Would like to get back bulking but kind of liking the definition that is coming out on the reduced body fat levels so I might continue defluffing for another month or two and get back bulking before Christmas.

Well done. Great transformation. What was your workout regime?

You are betting off going to a physio. The money will be well spent. Your issue sounds similar to when I had a tear on my hamstring. Stupidly I kept running but it was only making it worse. Went to the physio who classified it as a grade 1 tear, the least one you can get but physio said had I kept running, it would have…

Go straight to the physio as they will have the required expertise to deal with the issue. The Dr will probably refer you to the physio so might as well cut out the Dr and go straight to the physio. While I'm no expert, sounds similar to what I had, rotator cuff issues. Physio will give you stretches and look at your work…
