I'm on day 3534. I know a few who have longer streaks than me.

I can’t find a way to upload a picture unless I log a weight loss which wasn’t the case before the update

Croatia. I have never seen seas so blue. New Zealand where I was at the end of January start of February last year before Covid hit. If I could live anywhere else in the world, it would be New Zealand. Just a pity it's so far away from Ireland. I couldnt be doing the very loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong…

Currently reading The Survivors by Jane Harper, an Australian Author. This is her 4th book. 2 of her 3 earlier books, the Dry and the Lost man were excellent. Forces of Nature wasnt great. So far the Survivors is in between them, not bad but not great.

Always intrigued by guys who wear suits with shoes with ankle socks/no socks for the following reasons; 1) Should not be done by the likes of me who has pasty Irish white skin as it looks hideous. 2) Anytime I have worn shoes with ankle socks but not with a suit but more when I am on holidays, my ankles always get cut up…

Not from Auckland or even New Zealand but I was there at the end of January start of February last year before Covid came along and I loved the country. I wanna go back.

Intrigued - which nationality are you now?

I started getting vertigo in the last few years which seems to have coincided with hearing issues in my ears. When my ears become blocked with wax, the vertigo seems to occur. Thankfully it never seems to occur for that long once I lie down and sleep it off. Worse place to get it is when you are on solo holidays which…

Dublin, Ireland. Canada is on my list of countries to visit when Covid goes bye bye.

Think I'm Think I'm coming to the end of my defluff, which going on the past few weeks has been more or less maintaining so I think I will join you on the bulk train soon. Choo choo:)

Not living in New Zealand but I was there for 3 weeks on a holiday at the end of January start of February this year. Loved the country. Can't wait to go back. Don't know if I can do that long flight again though

You gotta love MFP and its glitches.

Where would we be without MFP and its glitches. Same with me on both desktop and mobile.

I am thinking of doing the exact same. Always good to be flexible in time likes these. As @sardelsa said I'm going to do a lot more bodyweight stuff. Also more Pilates and/or Yoga. Namaste.

Very impressive. What was your workout routine & nutrition over the last year to help increase in size?

When I came on here the 1st time, I do so with the intention of bulking for the first time. I came from a lowish weight and when I got to my goal weight, like you I was worried that I would lose it all when the bulk stopped. I went into maintenance and did a slow re comp to slowly lose the fat that had been gained during…

Good to see another person from Ireland on here. There are very few of us on here. By the way its not that cold....

I remember you had quite a similar post a while back about more or less the same issue. You have to be mentally ready to bulk because when you bulk, like I said before, you will gain some fat along the way. How much fat is up to you. If you take the bulk nice and slow and aim for a 0.5kg increase in weight per week or…

No harm in getting a gait test done in a runner shop to see what runners best suit your feet.
-
Shin splits are usually a sign that you have worn out your runners and you need to invest in a new pair. No harm in getting a new pair of runners, trying them out and see if the shin splits disappear.

Live in Ireland. Caught the travel bug 3 years ago. Have been to the west coast of the states, New York, Italy two times, Croatia which is my favourite county that I have visited, Madrid, Valetta, Athens and Corfu, the last 3 of which I went to in the last two weeks of August this year. Heading to Iceland in 2 weeks for a…

Issue started with Asics runners and I had those runners fitted by a running shop as with the next pair of Asics. However I used to always run in Asics runners before the issue started. I've changed now to Nike zoom runners so I'll see if the issue persists with that.

Thanks for that. I wouldnt be gone on going up a size in running shoes cos like with you, the shoes would start slipping on my heel and I dont want that. I'll go on Amazon and look for those toe caps. On both feet, its the toe beside the big toe.

As I mentioned before, porridge/oats for breakfast, the highest calorie bread I can find to have a sandwich with and for dinner chili con carne, Bolognese or chicken curry with a good helping of rice, spaghetti, pasta, potatoes or whatever carb source you like yourself.

This is not the first time I've seen eggs mixed with porridge. Dont think I could eat that. As for cottage cheese, I tried it once or twice but its not for me. Even thinking about it makes me want to gag.
