Hi all, its been a long time since i was last on MFP since then i have gain a lot of weight, so now i'm back to start again. I Live in London England.. where are you all from?

It has been a long time since I was on mfp and have gained weight again. I am being told by my Dr I have a pre-diabetic A1C so more has to change to help the permanent lifestyle changes. I am in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.2
