A salad sandwich or a bought salad from Sumo Salads...you can choose what you want on it....lettuce and 5 others...just wear your glasses...I got a bug once and fortunately my daughter told me BEFORE I ate it!! Cuppa soup (boring beef) is low in calories too and a slice of toast....or homemade fruit salad!! Good luck :)

GO GO GO YOU!!!!! You CAN SO DO THIS!!! I turned the big "5" "0" this year...have reached my goals and feel terrific!!! Healthier than I've been in about 25years!!! Age is no barrier and it should be no excuse...you can loose weight and get health at any age... Good luck!!!

No we don't celebrate your thanksgiving day. We have Australia Day 26th January when we celebrate the arrival of the first fleet from England in 1788..the native aborigines call in invasion day and think we shouldn't celebrate it. It is a public holiday here! But really...From Christmas to Australia Day long weekend in…

Hello and Welcome... I'd suggest if you want this to work that you get used to counting your calories!! You'll be super surprised at just how much you are eating and its calories content! Get the food under control...a little exercise everyday and you should do great! Log in EVERYDAY! Good luck :flowerforyou:

Wow! I'd never think of having a 'meal' as such at lunch time :blushing: I'm satisfied with a sandwich and piece of fruit. But as said before...just log it in..count it up and see what's left for dinner!! Great that you are looking at what you're eating!! Good job! :flowerforyou:

No snacks really...eat filling meals and no need for snacks usually!! If I do eat between meals it's usually fruit or if calories allow nuts....if they don't allow...I chew gum :)
