  • Since I already owned a kitchen scale for baking, I've been using it if I eat something that might have considerable carb impact. I was recently diagnosed with T2, so it matters.
  • I cook 2-3 times every day. We avoid super-processed foods and added sugars. I cook with a lot of meat and veg *lol* If that suits you, please friend me :-)
