Hi there, you could try Craigs list or ebay maybe... just be careful you're not buying copies... you could also ask friends if they have it and could lend it to you... good luck :)

I'm 5'1" and don't pay much attention to the scale... I go by the mirror and how I feel and if it's all good I'm all good. But I've noticed that if I'm under 112 lbs I have no boobs, no butt and look, generally, bad. I'm medium build and build muscle fairly easily. Good luck, to you :)

Don't quit!!! I don't have an injury but I do have an eating disorder and struggle every day. Last night was very bad for me but today I'm going to dust myself off and start again. Every day is a new day to hold our head high and keep going!

Here's my fav: 17g Vanilla Protein Powder 20g banana 1/3 cup blueberries 2 T Fred Meyer Low Carb Vanilla Yogurt (I'm sure any kind of vanilla yogurt would do fine) 1 cup water 10 Ice Cubes 2 hand fulls of Spinach (trust me, you cant taste it!) Blend until smooth :)
