Well keep your head up! I notice in your diary that you didn't exercise (or didn't record it) for almost a week. I would try to do 3 times a week for sure ;) even if for 1/2 hour.. It helps faster loss even if you are staying under the 1200 on those days... exercising always helps and gives you those feel goods (endorphin…

I bet you did lose inches and you are doing fine, keep up the good work!

Are you doing strength training? You need to build the muscle to lose more weight ;) Also, maybe you do not see a difference... start doing measurements. I have not lost weight this past week but I lost 1 1/2" in my hips and waist, 2" in my chest (under bust), 1" in my bust and thigh, and 1/2" in my calf.. I see it…

well there really is no limit, but you should try your best to eat them back. I mean something extreme rather than moderate is hard to eat all of them back. When I do Tae Kwon Do, which is not doubt extreme as I am usually drenched. I can never eat back my calories... no matter how hard I try and that is only 1 1/2 hours…

lol, yes better chance at pregnancy and also people tend to do it more when exercise and weight loss makes them feel awesome about themselves... But yes, weight changes can affect your TOM as well, if pregnancy is not the case :) Mine is much lighter and shorter now sometimes a few days either way... it is all adjusting to…

measurements as well... if your weight is not changing doesn't mean you are not losing inches and gaining muscle. If measurements have stopped as well, then switch up like she said above :) Good luck... I have not lost any weight this week so far, but my inches are going down :)

well eating small meals 5-6 times is what you want to do! This is good for you since that his what you are used to. My meals are usually 175 calories each, with dinner and lunch being a bit more calories. I would have these meals 2 hours apart, If at that point you still feel the urge to pick between them, i would drink a…

For the actual stones, have you been diagnosed with the culprit? There are different minerals/chemicals that crystalize to form these stones.. Could be uric acid or calcium, etc.. You will want to know that so you can cut back on that particular mineral in your diet. These can be hereditary as well, but couldn't hurt to…

Well my Dr had my gyno check it out as well and see if he saw anything or blockages. In which case he would refer me to a urologist. The gyno said I have a very short urethra and that is it, nothing wrong, no blockages. I have not had stones, just a couple kidney infections from the UTI. I find that drinking lots and lots…

I have been dealing with this since I was 16 years old... I find that cranberry supplements have not helped me.... But the 100% cranberry juice (not cocktail or anything like that) Two small glasses a day and tons of water helps me out! keep up the water intake, it doesn't hurt when you have to go more, but that is the…

I agree. I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease which was at its worst when I had tore the cartiladge in my knee and couldn't really do much cardio for a long period. Ever since I have been exercising and drinking a lot of water and eating less, I am not in as much pain - almost as if my body is not even attacking itself…

i do every other day cardio vs. strength training... be sure to still warm up the muscles.. I do 10 minutes of cardio before my strength training still

I alwasy make double meals and have some left overs from that healthy meal to eat when i need to. Grill up some chicken and make a quick chicken salad also for a meal. whole grain bread is filling - make a turkey sandwich, soups can be filling and easy.

almonds (most filling), yogurt, nutrigrain bar, baby carrots, fruit.....these are my most common, i like to mix it up though.

that is awesome! Congratulations. I don't like working out on a full stomach, but it has done me wonders eating a bananna real fast before my workout in the AM. It isn't too much and seems to give me the extra energy i need to finish out :)

Well when i asked to be checked because of my symptoms every month around that time, my level was 35..I just knew it had to be that because of loss of blood etc. He did explain to me the damages if you go over and said the feosol was ok for a couple months TOPs. Then i got checked and it has been fine since, thank god…

I am always low and especially around that time of the month.. I always get a good steak dinner. If you are not wanting to eat red meat, fish is a very excellent source as well. Edited to say, that I took feosol to help as well, but my dr only suggested a couple months and them my iron levels were great since :) good luck.

I would be checking measurements because I gained 1 1/2 pounds this week but lost 1" in my waist, hips, and bust. As well as 1/2" in my calf and 2" in my chest (under my bust) Just keep at it and measure yourself that once a week as well. Your body could be retaining water as everyone is saying or building muscle :) good…

Atleast you are still doing activities,... you aren't just sitting on the couch... Four wheeling is good exercise as well, just beacuse you are sitting doesn't mean you are not using your arm muscles to steer and your leg muscles to stay on ;) . One time I was jet skiing for the first time that summer, I was having such a…

Yoga works awesome for me and burns lots of calories! Also meditation and deep breathing throughout the day! Breathing deep just while driving, try to fill your tummy all the way up slowly breathing in through your nose and then out your mouth slowly ;) Edited to say: I also get a massage, find a college or somewhere…

I do know, he should probably be eating two servings! I am not a man, but he should eat 2000 calories probably and then eat back the calories he exercised. Edited to add that if he eats to little, the body will start eating away at his muscle calories and therefore cannot burn any fat because his muscles are diminishing.
-
I only lost 0.50 pounds, but I lost 1-1/2" in my hips this week. Measuring is good because you are building muscle as well, so the scale may not change.. I measure and enter my weight once a week :) Just straight around your hips, around your neck, and your waste (I do near my belly button-where your pants lay)
-
If you eat too little, I have learned that your body will start taking the muscle calories and eating your muscles... Muscle burns our fat!
-
Make sure you eat your calories back that you exercise (eat the net calories MFP suggests as close to 0 that you can)... eating too little will make you stay at current weight, trust me I did it for 10 years while doing martial arts and was very confused about why I couldnt lose. Until I started this site :) Also... be…
