  • I have zumba for the wii and love it you only need space if your move around a lot but my floor space isn't much more than you and i manage. Its good fun and the calories it burns is amazing i would recommend this any day :)

  • haha no i eat quorn so that helps with my protein the one thing i struggle with is my iron. my iron can drop low so every now and then i have to change my diet to accommodate for extar dark greens etc but as a rule i generally dont have any problems health wise :smile:

  • I have a cheat snack or meal or congratulate my self of a good week. If its a bad week then I don't. It just gives me something to look forward to that bag of sweets or that slice of cake because I find that if you restrict your self your more likely to cheat on the diet. :smile:
  • i went 1 week and gained 2lb and then half a week at that same weight but then lost it again in a week and went lower than i did before i gained it,the body is a weird thing. if your loosing it then its always a small win :D enjoy it

  • Men don't think let him know and im sure he would reassure you my boyfriend does it... i get upset he apologises and 8/10 he said your perfect and i wouldn't change a thing men need boundaries but if he continues or he doesnt sound sincere during the convo then give him a boot cus being put down isnt good :)

  • The more U say no the more U want it. Treat ur self once a week it's what I do that way I don't feel bad and it pushes you to be good all week so you feel worthy of that treat :)
  • I'm a pescatarian i think thats right lol i eat fish maybe once or twice a month (if that) :) apart from that pure veggie and have been for for 12 years this year :D so thats most of my life lol my diet isnt great so some new veggie/ vegan/ pescatarian friends would be great for some inspiration add away :)

  • Both but i prefer inches lost everyone can see them and to answer your question muscle weighs more than fat so if your toning up loosing inches you may not loose weight but you look better for it :D
