Does a break in diet work???
I have lost 14lb with 4lb to go. I have done well within the last month loosing between 1-2lbs a week, however now Its becoming harder to keep on goal the last 2 weeks therefore my weight is struggling still going down but seriously bouncing through out the week. HELP!!!! I have no control over my food
I work in a place where breakfast and lunch is given. This i find easy as I just stick to my normal routine and my work is normal physical like walking or sometimes even swimming so lunch is worked off. 7months and 6lb lost :)

Is it calories or what you eat???
I had a bad day the other day but it didn't eat bad food. It got me thinking. Is it the amount of food you eat i.e. the calories or is it what you eat. Surely if you eat over your calories but it's all fruit, veg etc surely it doesn't matter??? What's your opinion??? :)
