I have lost 14lb with 4lb to go. I have done well within the last month loosing between 1-2lbs a week, however now Its becoming harder to keep on goal the last 2 weeks therefore my weight is struggling still going down but seriously bouncing through out the week.
I'm thinking about going onto a maintenance diet next week for a few weeks as I heard your body can get use to exercise, diet etc so therefore harder to loose weight the longer you diet and the less you weigh the harder it is as well.
What is everyones opinion on this as I'm unsure and was going to do this once I hit my goal however if a break works then maybe doing it earlier might help jump start the weight loss again.
Any idea as well to help is always appricated
Many thanks in advance :flowerforyou:

When you go on Maintenance, you will go up for a time as your body adjusts to higher calories...0

i would just adjust your calories to lose 1/2lb per week, and see how you get on. you dont need a very large deficit when you have very little weight to lose.0
