i guess I am not big on an exercise challenge because I am doing a fairly specific exercise right now and I don't want to add something on top of it that could possibly throw me out of whack...but amm all for the number of fruits and veggies we eat in a week... I hope this is figured out soon though since it counts today...

right I think that the team that won on sodium is cheating...but that is just a guess what the heck did they eat to have THAT low of sodium...doesn't matter we lost the most anyway...:) go us!

I have 2 kinds of oil I use...Grapeseed and EVOO. it depends on temp of cooking...low evoo high grape..but I have used them interchangeably as well

I freeze my fruit for a frozen smoothie! that way no need to add any more calories or anything :) Mine usually is 1 cup of Kiefer 1/2 cup of frozen tripple berries (blueberries, blackberries and Rasberries) and 1/2 frozen banana Though I am thinking about adding spinach.

so how did everybody do this week?! I did AMAZING! -6lbs! WOOT! 1 lb away from -50...at first when I stepped on the scale it went to 307.5 then when it was done it said exactly 308. I am okay with that just means more celebrating next week! It also helps put my goal of being at 300 or under by Oct 31 in a bit more…

Tammy I have form of IBS as well...where I have difficulties going for a week or so and then LOOK OUT WORLD....I have found that it is irritated by my caffeine intake...the less caffeine I have the better it is. Keep your chin up! Sounds like there is a bunch of stuff going on with your Body.

welcome to the group! I started on Dec 28th...did really well until June and then we were doing something ALLL the time, and I just couldn't keep up...lame excuse..but I was able to maintain for the most part gained back a few lbs but not a ton...and am back at it now that things have calmed down!

me too letty i haven't been eating many lately because I am home (SAHM) and I can do other things...but I literally spent 30 minutes on sunday looking at every darn container because I soooo want a sandwich...I got some that was 320mg of sodium but that still is high...oh well in moderation I guess. It is our store brand…
