NSV Heart Rate
apparently I am getting in better shape. 4 weeks ago when i did the Biggest loser Boot Camp part 1 my HR often times would go to 175-180...it hangs around 155 now...I pretty much stayed within my Zone according to my HRM today..out of 55 mins I was in zone for 43 mins. I used to only be in zone for about 15. YAY!

Okay so I am no small Lady...312 lbs right now... I have a polar FT4...and after 20mins on the elliptical it says I have burned 178 calories. But on here it says I should have burned 400 and something...I have found this with nearly every exercise...I am DRIPPING in sweat.. bah humbug!
