Soooo my husband bought me Bob's boot camp...I have been overweight my ENTIRE life and have NEVER EVER EVER been able to even do a girly push up...Today for the first time EVER I was able to do the whole work out doing girly pushups...the full down not just bend my arm a quarter of an inch...so yes still girly push ups...but at 312 lbs and 32 years of age I will take it!

Good for you! Keep it up and you will be amazed at what you can do! ( I started out not being able to do girlies either, and now I can get about 15 actual hard ones in!)0
