So I WAYYY overdid lunch went to lunch with some ladies I haven't seen in years and we went to my weakness I am bloated and yucky feeling downing water and am trying to do a ton of workouts...

I am at -45 calories right now and still need to eat a light dinner. or I will wake up at midnight searching for food...and that is never good.

Is it bad if I do more cardio? I did weight training already in circuits so am just wondering if it is possible to overdo workouts? I don't want to mess up the good that I have been doing! But I also don't want to do something bad by working out too much.

    having 1 blip will not ruin all of your hard work, so I wouldn't worry too much about it :)

    if you are still a little concerned, then do some light cardio, burn a 100+ calories.
    stick some music on, have a bit of a dance, it might make you feel a little happier as well as burning some calories <3

    How's your deficits for the rest of the week? If you average under I'd be inclined to give yourself a break :-)

    Maybe just take a nice casual walk & burn some calories, That'll give you some extra for dinner, But I really wouldn't worry too much over it!

    I'm with you on that. I've burned tons of calories dancing and not even recognizing I was exercising until the sweat was pouring, lol. don't worry if one-day mess-ups ruined all your good, I would be so out of luck, lol. good job on your progress thus far. amazing effort.

    hehe I was fine up until yesterday! yesterday was my blip day I don't want to blip 2 days in a row! :) My Husband just told me he would challenge me to Just Dance 2 after the kids go to bed...I usually work up quite the sweet trying to beat him at that...it won't feel like exercise!

    Just dance is way too much fun to think of as excercise! (its a nice bonus that it works up a sweat). Also excercising twice a day isn't bad, a lot of people break up their excercise into 2 parts. I did yoga a few days ago and then went running with my sister an hour later. Two hours of excercise and I never would have tried that 6 months ago. I didn't even hurt the next day but i sure was hungry that night.

    Walk. Or a 30 min run. Burns a heap of calories.

    Then with a light dinner.... should work out about even xxx
