Week 5 Day 3 was my favorite!!! I did in on the treadmill and never in a million years thought I could do it when I could barely do 8 minutes. I made it through without stopping and was on a natural high for 3 days!!! Best feeling ever :)

I just finished it and it's the best program ever! Never would I have imagined that I could jog for 3 minutes......then 5........then 10, 20, 30. The first 4 weeks are the hardest, I promise. Just stay with it and you will amaze yourself. I really never belived I could do the first 20 minute jog but I got all the way…
