I have tried a manual, but after purchasing the Gold's Gym Crosswalk 570 I'll never go back! I love love my treadmill, especially on those "too chilly to walk" days. It is bulky, but the fold up to store feature is great :) I hope you find what works best for you!

Amazing is right! My results were similar with weight loss and continues to get even better -- so much so that my doctor has cut my medication dose in half! Great job!!

I've also noticed most the morning talk shows on the radio are not kid friendly & degrade many walks of life. I made a cd of the music my kids like and we listen to it on the way to school every morning :)

I've always wondered this! I'm on the highest dose of Metformin, not for diabetes but for PCOS. My doctor said that natural sugar (from fruit) is ok but I've heard others say sugar is sugar. I always go over my sugar "allowance" when I eat fruit that day ... Bump for later..

I didn't intend to hurt anyone. Perhaps I should have thought about the title, however I did lose the weight of my son and that's how I assumed people would take it considering this was posted in the success story forum on a weight loss site. I apologize to anyone I may have offended.

I make my own. One cup silk unsweetened almond milk One scoop JM whey protein vanilla powder -- then depending on my craving that day I'll either add peanut butter, sugar free frozen berries, or sugar free chocolate syrup. So many varieties, I never get bored and they are delicious!

I've lost nearly 50 and only 2 pant sizes, first I noticed was at 25lbs down. I hold all my weight in my midsection, I hope it falls off soon! Great job on your loss!

D9L2 30DS done. I had to modify the modified moves. I think I may have pulled a muscle in my upper inner thigh while following Natalie on those plank jumping jack things the other day. Not sure, but want to get through this level. Rest day is not until Monday, and I want to make it til then..

My Hubs does too! I kept telling him to chill out, calm down, quit stressing today while school shopping. He turns to me and says, "You gotta feed the bear before you pet the bear.." Lol.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in January after years and years of weight and hormone issues. If you watch your diet, follow what the doctor tells you, and exercise you CAN lose weight. I'm also proof, 47lbs down since my diagnosis :) Best of luck to you!

I was diagnosed with PCOS in January, and am on the highest dose of Metformin to regulate my blood sugar...as I WAS borderline diabetic. Proud to say with diet, exercise, metformin and pure dedication it IS possible to lose weight :) Best of luck!

Tomorrow I am on D4L2 30DS -- I like it better than L1, but I dread it at the same time. I jumped in the pool after todays workout, and even got back in hours later - it helps relax my muscles. I'm on day 7 of level 1 and I absolutely love it! I agree though, in order to see true results you have to stick with it. I plan on taking a rest day in between each level as I believe my body needs it, but also plan on finishing solid in 33 days :)
