I wouldn't call a week a plateau. just normal fluctuations. I have been hovering around 180....for NINE MONTHS. Yes, 9. I've tried eating more, eating less, lowering carbs/sugar, exercising more/less, everything... nothing will make the scale budge.

^^^ This! I also ALWAYS wet the strap, unless I'm heading to the pool in which case I don't :)

Heck no! Back when I weighed 150 I was a 36C -- and I LOVED them. Not to big or small and most certainly didn't get in the way. I gained a tremendous amount of weight, about 100lbs, and ended up a 42/44DDD. After losing 70lbs I'm down to a 38DD. I'm HOPING, oh so hoping they will shrink even more as I get closer to my goal…

Aww you quite possibly just made my day with that comment!! Thank you!!! I am very proud of my progress, just wish I could tone down my love handles/baby pooch, they certainly have a lot of shrinking to do!

Not quite my heaviest. End of 2010. Few days ago :)

I LOVE my Polar FT7!

First, thanks everyone!! Your encouragement means so much! Honestly, there isn't anything I do that's out of the "norm"... I started with cutting junk (large portions of it) out of my diet, walking, wii fit+, and Jillian Michaels dvds. Now that its summer and I'm burned out on those, I changed it up to things I truly…

I have been called fake by not one but TWO of my so called friends simply because of the angles I take my pictures. They said, "they're not really you.." Really?! Ok, so maybe I like to pose a little offset, but I also have pics on my page facing straight forward. No one likes to post the worst pics of themselves, and I'm…

Fantastic job!

You look fantastic!!! Love that dress!

Yes, I am. Very much so.

I also have PCOS. Diagnosed in Jan 2011, started out with about 100 lbs to lose. I quit taking Metformin last month under the supervision of my dr, but after blood work next week I MAY need to go back on it. I've been in a plateau since Jan 2012, and trying to get back at trying harder to break it. Feel free to add me.

First one taken not quite at my heaviest, in 2008. Second taken just the other day.

I haven't lost that much, but I have been in a lousy plateau since my last logged low which ironically was on my one year anniversary of my weight loss journey -- January 10. I have lost and gained the same 5lbs more times than I can count since Jan 10. Its VERY frustrating, even when I seem to have tried everything. I…

Wowww!!!

I've tried everything everyone has written here and I have not lost an ounce in 4 LONG months! In fact, I have gained/lost the same 5lbs over and over...and over. Good luck!

I lost 72 from 1/10/11 to 1/10/12 -- but, I haven't lost a single pound since my one year weight loss anniversary. Nearing 4 LONG months now. I get discouraged. I have days where I feel fat. And days where I want to say why bother continue. It's only human. Then I'm reminded when I look in the mirror of how far I have…

Wow!! You look absolutely fantastic!!! Great job!

I'm a 38DD now, down from a 42DDD. I hate these girls. I would LOVE to be a 36C like I was back 5yrs ago, but sadly they don't wanna shrink :grumble:

Bump! I have tried and tried to figure this number thing out, I'll get it eventually. After a 3 month plateau, I need to.
-
Lol, just saw the "swagger sauce" comment -- I may have to use that :)

First, thank you everyone!! I lost most of the weight by simply watching what I ate, and using my treadmill when my knee allowed it. Until I hit my plateau, I was eating 1200 and sometimes ate my exercise calories. Frustrated by the plateau, I started eating my BMR back in March. It did nothing for me as far as weight…

I just finished today. My weight has been fluctuating from 175-180 since early January, gaining and losing the same few pounds over and over and over....and over. So no new loss with it, BUT I did lose a total of 4.5 inches during this round of 30DS. I hope this picture works...

I log it under circuit training..
-
I've been plateauing for 3 VERY LONG months, so I'm looking forward to seeing opinions on this....
-
Amazing!!
-
Bump for tomorrow..

I am also 5'7 and about to finish 30DS, for the 2nd time. I weigh quite a bit more than you now at 175ish, but I hope to have your body soon! You look fantastic!! Well done!

After just eating 200 cals worth of the reeses pb squares, so bad but soooo worth it, THIS would've been even more perfect!! Yum!
