Flaunt what 30DS did for you! I'm on day 3 of level 1 and am realllllly liking it. Tell me what it does for you, some before and after pics.... I wanna see the results!

I am only on level 2. I am not taking measurements until after I am done. But i can tell it has done a lot on my stomach. Good luck!!!0

first week I lost 3.5 pounds and almost 6 inches. I had great results. I didn't finish the whole 30 days though. This was last year. I just started her Body Rewvolution 90 day program and I am liking that so far. Anything Jillian Michaels is good by my book!0

awesome! i just took my measurements for the first time yesterday... wish i had done it in the beginning! but i knew from what i heard on here that i'll prob lose more inches than weight so it's important. good luck!0 -

I just finished L1 D4 a bit ago, so not much to say about "results" yet. I'm definitely noticing my endurance improving though, as I don't feel the need to keel over and rest like I did on day 1 :P0 -
For some reason I just don't have the patience to do the same video every day. I do it a couple times a week; I do enjoy it though! I definitely feel the workout for such a short amount of time.0

I just finished today. My weight has been fluctuating from 175-180 since early January, gaining and losing the same few pounds over and over and over....and over. So no new loss with it, BUT I did lose a total of 4.5 inches during this round of 30DS. I hope this picture works...0

I am on Day 23 - can't wait for the day after Day 30, and my results fest!
I have stuck with Level 1 the entire time, and will do so through Day 30. Then I'm planning on having one rest day, then starting on Level 2! However this time, I will do 30DS every second day, and on the days in between, I'm going to do Jillian's Cardio Kickboxing.
As much as I have enjoyed the amazing toning I've achieved with 30DS, I think I need to give my muscles a strength training break and intersperse it with a more cardio-based workout. I think it'll be fun to see the different types of results I get from a different 30 day program.
Uh, did I just say "fun"? I think I've become one of those crazy workout obsessed people!0 -
