what does Bizzy mean, is that code talk or some product? You won't get much positive replies if it's a weight loss product or cleanse of any kind. The best way to lose weight healthy is calories in vs. calories out. good luck on your journey

carbonated flavored waters are the best, if you are craving the opening a can. they even have ones with vitamins and for energy you could get some b-12 supplements. they have them in gummy form, pill form and liquid.

our bodies don't know what time it is when we eat. eat at a deficit and you will lose weight. do what works for you :)

I agree, pick healthier calorie options and maybe cut back a bit on the drinks. If you plan your calories for the day ahead of time, you could go for a quick exercise before seeing him and that would give you some extra calories to play around with later in the day.

Glad to hear you are doing better and the weight is starting to come off.

What are you thinking of ordering? I would hold off on the extra breads they offer while waiting for my food, maybe only have a few bites of a shared appetizer (if one is ordered) and get a salad, grilled steak or chicken and veggies.

campbells tomato soup, everything must be heated(I try to avoid canned fruits and stick to frozen or fresh)when possible.

If your out and about , stop off at a store and buy some yogurt, fruit or veggies. most stores sell single serving salads in the deli department and or sub sandwiches like Publix. I try to avoid eating at places that do not provide nutritional information.

Id recommend getting an HRM watch with chest strap like a polar or garmen and let it track your calories and heart rate and just input it as a cardio workout.

I take vitamin D, was tested for it and dr said I had a deficiency in vitamin D and I take a multivitamin for her, hair,nail and skin vitamins and a cranberry supplement.
