i use a tiny bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano mix it up and eat it with a pita, over lettuce, or whatever i want.

i use the bar code scanner before i eat it. pre logging for the day helps me stay on track.

+1 i love my fitbit charge hr, it really motivates me. the real question is, will it be worth it for you to purchase it. only you can answer that. and I have had mine break and they are replacing it for me for free. fitbit has the best customer service too.

I am more of a movies nerd, comic books, doctor who, lord of the rings, the hobbit. There is a cool store by my house its called Manifest and its loaded with anime, dvds, doctor who decor. I went there last week and bought some doctor who stuff for my house.

I try to eat just a portion of what I really want or just avoid it all together and have something healthier that still helps my cravings.

I suggest following MFP guidelines for your calorie intake/exercise plan and saving your money and using it for a gym membership or nice food scale. these pills do not really help anyone long term and there are no proven studies to show they actually cause weight loss, unless were referring to ones wallet.

I love my fitbit charge, it really motivates me to move more and I like getting a notification when I reach my step goal. The fitbit challenges are a nice way to be social while keeping fit too.

stress, boredom, hungry and not caring about the nutrition and calorie count. That is how I gained my weight.

Great way to start. when I started I walked about 2 miles each day, morning and afternoon to take the kids to school. It's always nicer to have an accountability partner when losing weight. :)

I am doing mine as short term goal weights. I have about 50 pounds to lose and set mine in 10 pound increments. It's nice for me to see the goal weight reached and not so overwhelming seeing such a big number of pounds left to lose on my weight loss ticker.

I can never get the ear buds to stay in my ears. Once I start exercising and sweating they fall out. I am going to be getting me a pair of wireless over the ear ones soon. I'm thinking beats brand because I have been told they are the best.

I don't and haven't cared nor craved pasta and rice in a long time, maybe 4 months now. I do still eat my low carb wraps, my sandwich thins,and my skinny pop popcorn. I choose to not eat them so its pretty easy to avoid them even when cooking them for my family.

That question is best left for your OBGYN. I personally wouldn't aim to lose weight while pregnant but more so focus on my nutrition and maintaining a semi active lifestyle during pregnancy to make labor easier. there are plenty of prenatal workout dvds and of course swimming, walking and aerobics.
