Oh I use large lettuce leafs instead of bread, omg, it is really filling for me. I add like 3 to 4 leafs per side and fold them in half with either chicken or tuna and egg salad. I had it for dinner tonight.

I like using this little plastic contraption that came with my water bottle, you can put fruit in it and it floats in your water bottle. I sometimes like lemon, sometimes I add one of those true lemon packets to my water, or something similar. mostly I drink it plain, or with ice though.

I do those things, make my kids regular calorie foods like sandwiches with bread and such and just make mine without the bread, if i make them pasta, I don't eat any and eat a bigger portion of meat or veggies.

My aunt does this and I have not noticed any weight loss for her, but I wish you the best. the best way to get healthy and lose weight is adopt a healthy LIFESTYLE and adjust your calories to burn more then you consume. calories in,calories out.

I would be HANGRY(hungry -angry) if i only ate 500 calories a day, even for 10 days that seems a bit extreme unless your under dr supervision for medical reasons.

coffee with one cup of 2% milk and splenda. 130 calories, going to be switching to a sugar free creamer next week and of course not using a cup of it.

I try to limit my sugar as well, I still sometimes go over because of the fruit I eat. I also like to have a bowl of ice cream from time to time. I agree with the previous poster, learn what the serving sizes are, use a food scale and track the foods as accurately as possible.

If you have a pedometer like a fitbit it can be synced and the steps will show up on your profile.

I do it all the time, hasn't stopped me from dropping 46.5 pounds so far. enjoy lobster and white wine sounds good! edited to add, I don't ever eat less then 1200 calories and my goal is set at like 1700 calories. this week I hurt my leg, so I haven't done much exercise so I'm eating like 1400 calories.
