  • Congrats on your success. I have a mother like yours. It is frustrating but imho the best thing you can do is continue to set the example of success, reach your goals and ignore all the negative outside noise. I am doing the same. I am a holistic health coach and all of my clients go through this to some extent. Its not…
  • Truth be told, there is no one approach for everyone. Some butcan eat less and lose, others eat more and can have the same loss. There are a lot of factors that contribute to the way you can lose weight. You have to learn your individual body and what works for you.

An increase in carbohydrates can do that too. When I eat really high carb foods, I can gain 10-12 pounds of water weight over night. I load up on potassium, low…

From time to time I go off plan but the key is to jump right back on. Like now I am fasting after celebrating my grandmothers 88th…

  • You have changed to eating cleaner and sometimes this happens as the toxins begin to come out of your body. Make sure you wash your face twice a day with pure clean water and use some tea tree oil as well. Remember what we put on the outside of our bodies is just as important as what we put in.
