  • I totally agree with you. Its not a hate thing, just reality. If there is a known link to these chemicals and the possibility of cancer or other bodily diseases, I simply want no part of them. There are non chemical ways of losing weight and being healthy without the risks involved.

  • Cut the carbs before bed. Whether is dinner, or your last snack. The carbs are working agaisnt you. If you keep the carbs low for your last meal/snack, your body will have to use body fat for energy while you sleep thus causing you to lose those last few pounds. Trust me.
