I bake egg/egg white omelets in a muffin tin once a week, and bag them in ziploc's (2 per bag). I use 1 egg and a few egg whites (or just egg whites) in each tin. I always add cottage cheese to my pancakes and to my waffles when I make them from scratch. I know this isn't a recipe, but its a great way to add protein! :smile:

I saw that it comes with the little containers! I think that's great, but mainly i'm excited for the workouts. I don't have problems with my eating, its just finding a good workout that fits into my schedule and sticking with it thats the problem!

I have a food scale, just got one actually! I was losing weight with WW, and felt like I was eating TONS more food. Maybe my body just needs an adjustment time to the tons of extra protein? I have no idea, haha. That's why I posted! Thank you for your input :)

I changed because I started the project me program, you can look them up on facebook. It came with a workout plan and a coach and that is what they recommended so I decided to try it out! I want to lose weight and get toned so the work out plan/ protein shake aspect was really appealing to me. :)

Not eating enough leaves you open to binge-eating, dizziness, etc. Along with that, make sure you're eating enough protein.
