I just joined yesterday with my first session today. My gym gives you two sessions with a personal trainer and they gave me a list of exercises and weight that worked for me. Maybe if you talk to the trainers they can make out a plan for you to follow :) This was extremely helpful for me considering I've never worked out…

I LOVE jillians dvds!! My favorite is 6 week 6 pack. Its amazing. I'm turning the big 3-0 this year and I'm ready to ring it in by being in the best shape of my life! Who says the 30's and 40's + can't be sexy :)
