Congrats on the marriage! My one tip is that you try to at least log SOMETHING each day before midnight. SO long as you enter one thing you ate (or exercise) by midnight, it counts as having "logged in" for the day. You can then go back the next day and fill in the blanks but it is really motivating to see yourself log in…
