New and looking for ideas and support

Hi, I am recently married and looking to shed my happy weight.
I also have LUPUS which makes this journey oh so much more difficult.
I do not want to be thin, I just would like to be comfortable in my skin.
I am hoping to find ideas and maybe some helpful motivation.

Congrats on the marriage! My one tip is that you try to at least log SOMETHING each day before midnight. SO long as you enter one thing you ate (or exercise) by midnight, it counts as having "logged in" for the day. You can then go back the next day and fill in the blanks but it is really motivating to see yourself log in for many days in a row. I found this out the hard way (I was so good and then logged in at 12:30am one night and realized that since I missed the deadline it didn't count and I was back to zero :() I know at the end of the day it doesn't mean anything but I found that if I am committed to logging in, I am committed to being accountable for what I ate which helps me make better choices.

Also, don't know where you live but if you are near a "My Fit Foods" - I just started their 21 day challenge and so far I highly recommend it - foods are delicious, portion controlled, nutritious and designed so you eat the right kind of food at the right time of day. They can also tailor around allergies etc so perhaps can help work with the Lupus limitations.

    Good luck!
