Interesting question, I am exactly the same, I found the rice maybe high in carbs, but I am not eating it late at night, so that should help if its by 12/lunch time. I am not 100% sure mind... anyone else?

I eat Paelo around 80% I have the occasion potato and rice, but thats about the only difference so its a main life style change but you need to tweak it for yourself as well. Typical morning for me Porriadge oats with some kind of fruit Snack - fruit Lunch, healthy salad, no dressings mainly greens with tuna or turkey…

it looks to light, your body will go into starvation mode as there isnt enough for your normal day to date calory burn let alone a healthy calorie deficit.... its healthy but not enough food to make it really healthy... eat more :o)

I am a short *kitten* 5ft1, just under the 200lb and its all belly, thights,but lost some boobage! humph, soon I will look like a pear! any ideas for shaving the thights down and the butt?

Add me if you want my diet is 1200 cals at present mainly without exercise, go natural, fish, white meat, veggies and salad, look up some Paleo recipies online, or do veggie dishes on rest days as meat and fish take it right up, or make sure you dont eat the egg yolk just whites.
